- Requirement: College principal experience is required. Either polytechnic or engineering college experience is must. School experience is not considered for this role.
- Academic Leadership: Develop and monitor curriculum implementation, maintain academic standards, and oversee evaluations and examinations.
- Administrative Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff recruitment, performance evaluation, student admissions, and financial management.
- Industry Interaction: Build collaborations with industries for internships, training, and placements, ensuring courses are relevant to industry needs.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to rules set by the Director of Technical Education (DTE), State Board of Technical Education, and the government.
- Student Welfare & Discipline: Maintain student discipline, support extracurricular activities, and foster a positive learning environment.
- Institutional Development: Lead strategic planning for infrastructure enhancement, faculty development, and accreditation
- Education: A Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology with a Ph.D. is generally required.
- Experience: 10 years in teaching, research, or administration, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with sound knowledge of technical education policies.
- Imparting positive culture: Being instrumental to bring in positive culture among students and faculties.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
