1. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Increase product distribution and market share
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
2. Product Placement & Visibility
- Ensure proper product display and shelf positioning
- Implement in-store promotions and branding activities
- Monitor competitor products and schemes
3. Order Collection & Payment Follow-up
- Collect orders from customers
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for delivery
- Follow up on outstanding payments
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
- Report daily sales activities to Sales Manager
- Track competitor pricing and promotional offers
5. Stock & Inventory Monitoring
- Prevent stock shortages and overstock situations
- Ensure availability of fast-moving products
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Persuasion and selling ability
- Basic knowledge of inventory and billing
- Ability to work in field sales environment
- Time management and route planning skills
Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not always mandatory)
- Experience in FMCG sales (advantage)
- Valid Two & Four Wheel driving license
