Roles and responsibilities:
1. Marketing Bench Consultants
- Promote available consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to vendors and clients
- Share resumes with updated skills, experience, and availability
- Highlight consultants’ strengths to match client requirements
2. Vendor & Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Tier-1 vendors
- Implementation partners
- Direct clients
- Regularly communicate to get job requirements and submit consultants
3. Requirement Matching
- Analyze job descriptions and match them with available consultants
- Ensure skill alignment (technologies, experience, location, visa status)
- Customize resumes if needed for better fit
4. Submission & Follow-Up
- Submit consultant profiles to open positions
- Track submissions and follow up with vendors/clients
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between consultant and client
5. Negotiation & Closure
- Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and contract terms
- Ensure smooth onboarding once the consultant is selected
- Handle documentation and compliance
6. Maintaining Consultant Database
- Keep updated records of:
- Skills and technologies
- Availability status
- Project history
- Regularly stay in touch with bench consultants
7. Market Research
- Stay updated with current IT market trends and demand technologies
- Identify which skills are in high demand to prioritize marketing
8. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on submissions, interviews, and placements
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of US IT staffing and visa types
- Networking and relationship-building ability
- Understanding of job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
