Call Management (Receiving, Transferring and Outgoing calls) at the Centre
Transportation arrangements for Doctors & Staffs as instructed by Centre Manager
OP appointment booking and follow up with patients
OP Appointment scheduling and follow up with Doctors
Effective Coordination with other departments for smooth functioning

Billing- Check the tentative bill and communicate to patient with a copy
Inventory Management
Bed Management
Feedback Collection
Ensure proper appoints are given to patients and no confusion created.
Ensure no service issues are pending, complete the issue completely and in the patients immediately.
Ensure all reports are submitted on time without any delay.
All training organised by Hospital should be attended .
Maintaining the optimum Inventory for stationary
Handling the patient grievance
To manage OPDs effectively and also to make sure the consultation rooms are available in the
allocated OPD time.
