1. Guest Service Excellence
- Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a courteous manner.
- Present menus and explain dishes, beverages, and daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure prompt and professional service throughout the dining experience.
- Build positive relationships with guests and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Order Management
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Verify food quality, presentation, and accuracy before serving.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with meals and service.
3. Team Leadership & Support
- Guide and support junior waiters and stewards during service.
- Assist in training new team members on service standards and SOPs.
- Monitor service quality and ensure company standards are maintained.
- Help manage smooth shift operations during peak hours.
4. Customer Complaint Handling
- Address guest concerns and service issues promptly.
- Escalate major complaints to supervisors or managers when necessary.
- Take corrective actions to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
5. Upselling & Sales Promotion
- Recommend menu items, beverages, desserts, and special offers.
- Promote upselling and suggestive selling to increase average guest spending.
- Support achievement of restaurant sales targets.
6. Table & Dining Area Management
- Ensure tables are properly set before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
- Monitor table turnover and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Ensure availability of cutlery, crockery, condiments, and service equipment.
7. Billing & Payment Assistance
- Coordinate with cashiers regarding guest billing.
- Present bills accurately and assist with payment procedures when required.
- Ensure proper closure of guest checks.
8. Hygiene & Food Safety
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
- Ensure safe handling of food and beverages.
- Comply with company and regulatory health requirements.
9. Shift Operations
- Attend daily briefings and communicate important updates to the team.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure readiness of service stations before and after shifts.
- Support managers in smooth restaurant operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
