We are looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to support our team and lead our HR department. In this role, you will manage hiring, onboarding, benefits, and performance reviews, while frequently traveling to our field sites to interact directly with our operational teams and customers. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, handle on-site workforce management, and ensure our field operations follow safety and legal guidelines. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building a positive workplace culture, working directly on-site, and keeping our client-facing operations running smoothly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
