Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospective customers, presenting our ERP software solutions, and converting leads into successful sales. Strong communication skills and a passion for sales are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers and explain our ERP software solutions.
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Schedule online or in-person product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on company products, promotions, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, telecalling, or software sales will be an added advantage.
