We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential and existing customers over phone, explaining services, and generating leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
Requirements:
- Any Degree
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an added advantage
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
- Basic computer knowledge
