Job Description
We are looking for a Hard-Core Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive with strong Cold Calling & Sales Experience. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, target-oriented, and experienced in converting leads into customers.
Key Requirements
- JUSTDIAL / INDIAMART experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Strong hands-on Cold Calling & Sales experience
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries and explain products/services.
- Maintain lead and call records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Cold Calling.
- Prior experience with JUSTDIAL or INDIAMART is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales mindset and target-oriented approach.
- B2B/B2C sales or lead-generation experience is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners / short notice period preferred.
