About the Role
PSR Compliance is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Senior Sales Executive with strong expertise in client acquisition, lead conversion, business growth, and revenue generation. If you are passionate about sales and confident in handling clients, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound sales inquiries for FSSAI, ISO, BIS, IEC, PSARA & other compliance services
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, follow-ups, and client interactions
- Convert leads into successful sales closures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Understand customer requirements and provide the best compliance solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
- Maintain sales pipeline, client database, and regular follow-up
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation or Client Handling
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Ability to handle multiple clients and sales conversations effectively
- Knowledge of Compliance, Certification, or Registration services is a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
