Location: KINFRA SIP Nellad, Muvattupuzha, Kerala
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our HR function and support our growing manufacturing operations.
Position
HR Manager – Manufacturing
Experience
8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with 4+ years in a manufacturing/factory environment.
Compensation
₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month
Negotiable based on experience, competence and suitability.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW or equivalent qualification preferred
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR operations for the manufacturing unit and ensure effective workforce management
Recruitment, selection, onboarding and manpower planning
Manage payroll, attendance, leave and employee records
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity and applicable labour laws
Handle Industrial Relations, employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems
Manage performance appraisal, KPI implementation and employee development
Coordinate training, induction and employee engagement initiatives
Manage compensation, benefits and employee welfare activities
Monitor contract labour and manpower-related activities
Maintain statutory registers, HR documentation and personnel records
Prepare HR MIS and management reports
Drive employee discipline, productivity and a positive workplace culture
Coordinate with department heads and senior management on HR matters
Ensure effective utilisation and implementation of HRMS / Zeta HRMS
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a hands-on HR professional with:
✅ Strong experience in manufacturing/factory HR
✅ Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
✅ Good understanding of Industrial Relations and employee grievance handling
✅ Strong payroll and HR operations experience
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to independently manage HR operations
✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
✅ Proficiency in English and Malayalam
✅ Experience with Zeta HRMS or similar HRMS platforms will be an advantage
