Job Description :
The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service, quality, hygiene, and profitability. This role involves managing the team, controlling costs, coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service according to company standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage the F&B team, ensuring high employee morale and performance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, hygiene, and safety.
- Monitor and control F&B costs, including labor, food, beverage, and operational expenses to achieve profitability.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate menus, inventory, and special events.
- Plan and organize events, banquets, and special promotions to increase business and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively, ensuring positive guest experiences.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Analyze sales reports, prepare budgets, and forecast future needs and improvements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for smooth procurement.
- Ensure proper inventory control and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an F&B Manager in hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- In-depth understanding of hygiene, food safety standards, and local regulations.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
