Job Summary:
The Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, driving sales, and achieving individual and team targets. The role includes maintaining product displays, processing sales transactions, managing stock, and ensuring a positive shopping experience while representing the company's brand and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and provide product recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and promote upselling opportunities.
- Process billing and handle POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain product displays and replenish stock.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualification: 10th/ Any degree
Experience: Min 1 year in retail
Salary: 18000 - 26000 + Incentives
Location: Kukatpally
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
