We are looking for a CCNA Certified Network Support Engineer with good communication skills to join our team.
Job Details:
- Role: Network Support Engineer
- Experience: 6months - 1year
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma in Networking or related field
- Salary: ₹25,000/- per month
- Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and ensure smooth connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve networking issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for technical support.
- Maintain proper network documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- CCNA Certification is Mandatory.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of security tools and network protection techniques is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Cisco Security concepts, including Firewall Configuration, VPN setup, and network security technologies and Threat Prevention concepts.
- Basic Knowledge of Multi Factor Authentication.
Preferred Skills:
- Must have hands-on lab experience in routing and switching
- Knowledge of Cisco networking devices.
- Understanding of network security and monitoring tools.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
