Studio Andem is a design-forward architecture and interior practice based in Kochi, known for crafting distinctive, high-impact spaces across commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors. We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a visionary Design Head to lead the studio’s creative direction and project delivery.
This role is for a seasoned design leader who can shape the studio’s design language, command complex projects, and build a culture of excellence.
Role Overview
As the Design Head, you will own and drive the design vision of the practice while overseeing project execution from concept to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure every project reflects Studio Andem’s standards of design excellence.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in architecture and interior design
- Proven leadership in commercial and hospitality design projects
- Strong design sensibility and advanced technical knowledge
- Expertise in project planning, execution, and team management
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
