Sales Coordinator – Role Design (Goswami Storage Racks)
1. Purpose of the Role
To bridge the gap between sales inquiries and execution, ensuring:
* Fast response to leads
* Smooth coordination between client, sales team, and operations
* High conversion through follow-ups
* Proper documentation and tracking
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Lead Management & Follow-ups
* Capture inquiries from:
* WhatsApp
* Calls
* Website / IndiaMART / JustDial
* Sales team
* Maintain lead tracker (Excel/CRM)
* Ensure:
* First response within 30–60 minutes
* Regular follow-ups (daily/alternate days)
* Categorize leads:
* Hot / Warm / Cold
B. Quotation & Proposal Coordination
* Prepare quotations using standard formats
* Coordinate with:
* Sales team for pricing
* Design/technical team for specifications
* Share quotation with clients
* Maintain version control (revisions)
C. Client Communication
* Handle:
* Basic product queries
* Price discussions (initial level)
* Schedule:
* Site visits
* Meetings
* Calls with sales team
D. Order Processing
* Once order is confirmed:
* Prepare order summary
* Coordinate with:
* Production
* Dispatch
* Ensure:
* Advance payment tracking
* PO verification
E. Internal Coordination
* Act as link between:
* Sales ↔Operations ↔ Accounts
* Ensure no miscommunication in:
* Specifications
* Delivery timelines
* Pricing
F. Reporting & MIS
* Daily:
* Inquiry report
* Follow-up status
* Weekly:
* Conversion report
* Lost leads analysis
* Monthly:
* Sales funnel report
3. KPIs (Very Important)
Track these strictly:
* Number of inquiries handled
* Response time (TAT)
* Follow-up consistency
* Conversion ratio (%)
* Order processing accuracy
* Client response satisfaction (qualitative)
* Pending inquiries count
Must-have:
* Strong follow-up discipline
* Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
* Excel / Google Sheets
* Attention to detail
Good-to-have:
* Knowledge of industrial products
* Experience with B2B clients
* CRM handling
Pay: ₹11,436.41 - ₹31,185.79 per month
