About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Faculty – Hospital Administration & Human Resource Management (HRM) to join our Kalamassery campus. The ideal candidate should have strong academic knowledge in Hospital Administration and Human Resource Management, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve academic and professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions in Hospital Administration and Human Resource Management (HRM).
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and instructional materials.
- Conduct assignments, assessments, examinations, and practical learning activities.
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and career development.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and industry interaction sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in healthcare management and human resource practices.
- Perform academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the institute.
Eligibility Criteria Mandatory Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Administration (BBA), or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualification
- Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA/MBA Hospital Administration), Human Resource Management (MBA HR/MHRM), or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Hospital Administration and Human Resource Management.
- Passion for teaching and student mentoring.
- Teaching or relevant industry experience is an added advantage.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
