Key Responsibilities:
Production Head -
1. Overseeing daily production operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
2. Managing production schedules and meeting deadlines.
3. Coordinating with other departments to optimize production processes.
4. Proper reports to be prepared for production (daily, weekly, monthly)
5. Maintaining FG, WIP proper data
6. Meeting production targets as given by Planning Department.
7. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
8. Leading and developing the production team.
9. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Maintaining Line budgets
Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month CTC
