Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Banking Trainer to lead our training programs in Banking and Financial Services. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge and teaching experience to train students for entry-level roles in banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training sessions on banking fundamentals, financial products, customer service, and digital banking
- Prepare training plans, session schedules, and learning materials
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and role-plays
- Guide students on career pathways in banking and finance
- Coordinate with the placement team to align training with job market requirements
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and remedial support to learners
- Maintain student progress reports and attendance records

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Prior experience in training/teaching is highly desirable
- Good command over English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with youth from underserved communities
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools (PowerPoint, Zoom, etc.)

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Flexible for part-time trainers)
- Location: Auxilium Skills Academy – Pune Center
