### Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel prospective students regarding university programs and admission procedures.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with students.
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
* Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
* Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
### Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in tele sales, education counseling, admissions, or customer service preferred.
* Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
* Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
