What You'll Do:
The MDR SOC Manager oversees all MDR SOC operations, providing strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence. This role is accountable for workforce planning, SOC performance metrics, and customer satisfaction. The Manager partners with leadership across departments to drive continuous improvement and operational scalability.

Provide direction and oversight to SOC Managers and Leads.

Define and enforce SOC policies, standards, and best practices.

Lead workforce planning and ensure effective resource allocation.

Track SOC KPIs and performance metrics to ensure service quality.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for detection and response.

Oversee incident handling processes and ensure escalation efficiency.

Partner with Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Product teams to strengthen MDR capabilities.

Serve as a senior escalation authority for critical customer incidents.

Contribute to strategic planning and service delivery roadmaps
What You'll Bring:
- 10–13 years of SOC or IR experience with at least 3 years in senior leadership

Proven success managing multi-team or multi-site SOC operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

Executive-level certification (CISSP, CISM, CCISO) strongly preferred.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Expertise in SOC operations, MDR delivery, and client service.

Ability to align operations with strategic business objectives.

Strong collaborator, able to influence cross-functional initiatives.
