Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our healthcare team in Vashi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality medical care, monitoring patients, assisting consultants, and ensuring effective patient management.
Key Responsibilities:
Examine patients and provide appropriate medical treatment.
Monitor and manage admitted patients in the ICU, wards, and emergency department (as assigned).
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
Assist consultants during patient rounds and medical procedures.
Prescribe medications and treatments as per hospital protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, and discharge summaries.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for effective patient care.
Follow hospital policies, medical ethics, and clinical protocols.
Requirements:
MBBS degree with a valid Medical Council registration.
0–3 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Good clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
