Job Summary:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, managing administrative records, coordinating with vendors, and providing general administrative support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Maintain office supplies, assets, and administrative records.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and procurement.
- Handle courier, stationery, housekeeping, and facility-related requirements.
- Maintain employee records and support onboarding and exit formalities.
- Assist in travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements when required.
- Track renewals of licenses, subscriptions, and service agreements.
- Prepare basic administrative reports and maintain documentation.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration or Office Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Skills Required
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and record management.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
