Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate the CMM machine and work independently
- Perform calibration and maintenance of the CMM machine
- Independently read and interpret GD&T parameters from part drawings
- Incoming and Outgoing inspection of parts – Visual and Parameters
- Sample preparation for metallography evaluation
- Ensure process are inline with standards (QMS,EMS,Internal operation standards).
- Inprocess inspection of the parts.
- Oversee failures and involve in implementation of preventive actions & corrective actions for internal and external complaints.
- Blocking & release of non conforming equipments and parts.
- Follow applicable QMS requirements
- Calibration and inspection of testing equipments.
- Preventive Maintenance of instruments
- Liaison with external agencies for calibration & service
- Communicate plant manager in case of machine troubles/errors.
- Adhere and ensure everyone in the department follows to all safety requirements.
- Involve, suggest and implement HSE ,5S, OOE.
- Working for continous improvement & excellence in performance of function.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process and quality system.
Required education, experience, knowledge
- Diploma in engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operating the CMM machine independently along with Perform calibration and maintenance of the CMM machine Independently read and interpret GD&T parameters from part drawings
- Knowledge of Thermal Spray coating technology recommended.
- Should be willing to work in Tumkur & as well Jigani (Bangalore) location
- Must be ready to work for 6 days with 3 rotational shifts.
Job Location - Tumkur & Jigani
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
