We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Front Desk Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our gaming zone. The candidate will handle customer interaction, bookings, payments, and ensure smooth functioning of the gaming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling
Welcome customers and explain gaming options (PC / PS5)
Assist customers with booking systems and time slots
Guide customers on game selection and pricing
Handle walk-in customers and phone enquiries
Billing & Payments
Manage billing (hourly charges, packages, memberships)
Handle cash, UPI, and card payments
Maintain daily sales records
Provide receipts to customers
Gaming Operations
Start and stop gaming sessions
Monitor system usage and time tracking
Basic troubleshooting (restart PC, controller issues, login issues)
Report technical issues to management
Facility Management
Ensure gaming area is clean and organized
Monitor AC, lighting, and seating condition
Maintain hygiene standards

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
