We are looking for a passionate and creative Teacher who can effectively deliver classroom instruction and design engaging Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs) and worksheets to enhance student learning. The candidate must possess a B.Ed. qualification and have strong subject knowledge along with innovative teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Design and develop creative Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs).
- Prepare worksheets, assessments, assignments, and activity-based learning materials.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic activities.
- Maintain student records and academic documentation.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies to improve learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory.
- Teaching experience in a school environment is preferred.
