We are seeking an experienced and dedicated F&V Store Manager to oversee the Fruits & Vegetables section in our chain of Premium Stores across Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling fruits and vegetables, team management, and store operations with a strong understanding of product quality, display standards, and customer service.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in managing Fruits & Vegetables section in a supermarket or retail chain.
- Qualification: Degree or Plus Two (12th pass).
- In-depth knowledge of fruits and vegetables – varieties, quality check, shelf life, etc.
- Experience in using PLU machines, weighing scales, and POS systems.
- Strong display management and visual merchandising skills.
- Basic knowledge of back-office operations and billing procedures.
- Good leadership and staff management abilities.
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
