Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented leader to spearhead CT's business expansion initiatives across India. The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, acquiring enterprise clients, and driving sustainable revenue growth for CT's consulting and managed mobility business.
This leadership role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, consultative selling, relationship management, and business development expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CT's business expansion strategy to accelerate growth across India.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients for Employee Transportation, Mobility Management, and Consulting Services.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, CHROs, Administration Heads, Procurement Leaders, Facility Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Position CT's consulting expertise, analytics capabilities, and Single Engagement Model as a differentiated value proposition.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives, commercial negotiations, contract closures, and key account acquisition.
- Drive participation in RFPs, RFIs, and strategic bids in collaboration with consulting, analytics, and operations teams.
- Build strategic alliances and partnerships to expand CT's market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
- Mentor and lead the business expansion team while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Represent CT at industry forums, conferences, networking events, and client engagements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution preferred.
- 10–18 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Consulting, or Corporate Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Employee Transportation, Mobility Management, Fleet Management or B2B Consulting will be highly preferred.
- Proven track record of acquiring large enterprise accounts and delivering business growth.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to travel across India.
