- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
- Contact prospective customers to understand their import, export, air freight, sea freight, and logistics requirements.
- Prepare and share competitive freight quotations in coordination with pricing and operations teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Promote the company's freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, transportation, and value-added logistics services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Stay updated on market trends, freight rates, trade lanes, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts for management review.
