About Us
Bohemian Maverick is a 360-degree creative advertising and digital marketing agency. We work with brands across creative strategy, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns — and we're growing our client base. We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us open doors with new brands and build lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect potential clients — brands, marketing teams, and decision-makers who could benefit from our creative and digital marketing services
- Do outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads and set up discovery meetings
- Represent the agency in early-stage conversations — explain our services, capabilities, and past work
- Qualify leads and coordinate pitch meetings between prospects and the leadership team
- Maintain a pipeline/CRM of leads, follow-ups, and conversion status
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to spot new business opportunities
- Work closely with the leadership and creative teams to ensure what's promised to a client matches what we can deliver
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, media sales, or advertising/agency sales (freshers with strong communication skills and hunger to learn will also be considered)
- Confident communicator, comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out cold
- Basic understanding of advertising, digital marketing, or media — or a genuine willingness to learn fast
- Self-starter who can work with targets and take ownership of the sales pipeline
- Good written English for emails and proposals
- Presentable and professional in client-facing conversations
