Jalan Enterprises is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of the Government & Railway sector, especially in Hand Tools and Power Tools sales. The candidate will work remotely and will be responsible for business development, quotation preparation, order generation, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities in Government & Railway sector
- Promote and sell Hand Tools & Power Tools
- Identify new tenders, projects, and business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with railway and government department officials
- Prepare BQ (Bill of Quantity) and technical/commercial quotations
- Handle complete sales process from enquiry to order closure
- Follow up with customers for approvals and order confirmation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/order targets
- Coordinate with internal team for pricing, delivery, and order execution
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Submit regular sales and activity reports
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Government / Railway procurement process
- Experience in Hand Tools / Power Tools industry
- Good understanding of BQ preparation & quotation making
- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good English communication (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently in remote setup
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, email communication
Qualification
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate residing in Western India
- Existing network in Railway / Government departments
- Immediate joiner preferred
Performance Expectation:
Candidate must consistently achieve sales targets and order booking goals.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
