Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Analyze user behavior and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the design process.
- Ensure consistency in design standards and user experience across products.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and implement improvements.
- Create and maintain design documentation and style guides.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
