Job Summary
D'LIFE Home Interiors is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Client Manager to manage client interactions, convert leads into sales, and coordinate with the design and project teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and follow up on all assigned leads promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Make outbound calls to generate and nurture business opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable interior solutions.
- Prepare rough project estimates and explain pricing to clients.
- Collect booking tokens from customers.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers to finalize drawings and submit them to the factory.
- Prepare final project estimates and required documentation.
- Ensure accurate completion of customer agreements and related documents.
- Follow up for part payments and final payment collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Obtain client satisfaction reports after project completion.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, or Business Management) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any other relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or the Interior/Home Décor industry.
- Freshers with an MBA and excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
