The Role
As our Social Media Intern, you won't just planning grids, you’ll be on the ground, smartphone in hand, right where the action happens. You will work closely with the management team to capture raw, engaging content, highlight our community, and build a distinct, premium yet approachable brand voice online.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Curation: Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) capturing daily play, community events, and intense rallies.
- Community Engagement: Monitor our social channels, respond to comments and direct messages with our brand voice, and actively engage with local players, creators, and fitness enthusiasts.
- Campaign & Event Coverage: Help plan, promote, and cover live community events, weekend tournaments, and recurring weekly challenges.
- Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on trending audios, visual styles, and social media formats within the sports, fitness, and lifestyle spaces, adapting them quickly to Court Haus.
- Analytics: Track weekly reach and engagement metrics to see what content resonates best with our players.
What We Are Looking For
- The "Camera-First" Mindset: You know how to frame a shot, capture high-energy movement on a smartphone, and edit quickly using apps like CapCut, InShot, or VN.
- Racket Sports Familiarity: A basic understanding of Padel and Pickleball (or a strong passion for sports/fitness) is a huge plus. You should know what a good rally looks like!
- Active Social Native: You understand the Instagram algorithm, what makes a reel go viral, and how to write punchy, engaging captions.
- Proactive & Social: You are comfortable approaching players on the courts to shoot a quick video or interview them for a feature.
- Location Proximity: Since this role requires capturing live court action, you must be based in or able to easily commute to our facility in Gurgaon.
