Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end execution of facade, glazing, curtain wall, ACP, and aluminium projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal departments. Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and execution strategy.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Handle site activities including installation, quality control, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with design, procurement, fabrication, and installation teams.
Conduct site meetings and prepare project progress reports.
Ensure proper material planning and availability at site.
Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
Manage subcontractors and site supervisors effectively.
Support billing, measurements, and project documentation activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Project management: 3 years (Required)
- Facade: 3 years (Required)
- AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)
