About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in the factory machinery production industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing machinery components using welding and fitting techniques, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding (MIG, TIG, Arc) and fitting tasks on machinery components.
- Assemble, install, and maintain factory machinery parts and structures.
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience as a Welder/Fitter in factory machinery production industries.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc) and metal fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in industrial environments.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Education
- ITI/Diploma in Welding, Fitting, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
