We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with strong expertise in Business Central Architecture, AL Development, RDLC Reporting, Technical Troubleshooting, and Production Support.
✔ Strong experience in L2 Support within an IT Service Management (ITSM) Model
✔ Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
✔ Hands-on experience with AL Programming & Extension Development
✔ Strong experience in RDLC Report Development & Customization
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
✔ Experience in Data Migration & Integration Projects
✔ Experience delivering Business Central Customization Projects
✔ Hands-on experience in D365 Business Central Installation & Configuration
✔ Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
✔ Basic functional understanding of Business Central Modules
✔ Experience with Git Version Control
