Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to train students for International Voice Process (US/UK/Australian) roles.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct live online sessions on: Voice & Accent Neutralization Pronunciation & Intonation Fluency & Communication Skills Train students for real BPO call scenarios.
Conduct mock interviews & role-plays.
Provide personalized feedback & improvement plans.
✅ Requirements: Excellent spoken English (Neutral / US / UK Accent preferred)
Experience in BPO / Call Center / Voice Training Strong understanding of: Phonetics Accent Neutralization.
Customer Handling Skills Prior training experience preferred.
Compensation: ₹400 – ₹1,000 per hour (based on experience).
Performance-based incentives (optional).
Schedule: Flexible (Evening batches preferred) 1-hour live sessions
