Position Details
Position: Marketing Intern
Location: New Delhi (On-site/Hybrid)
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
Stipend: As per company policy (Performance-based incentives available)
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
2. Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
3. Design marketing creatives using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Write compelling captions, blogs, newsletters, and promotional content.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
6. Support SEO, email marketing, and lead generation initiatives.
7. Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
8. Collaborate with the team on branding, promotions, and event marketing.
Required Skills
1. Good written and verbal communication skills.
2. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
3. Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
4. Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube marketing.
5. Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
6. Creative thinking and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Preferred Skills
1. Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads.
2. Video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or DaVinci Resolve.
3. Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, or Gemini.
4. Photography or videography skills.
5. Basic knowledge of WordPress.
