Key Responsibilities
Academic Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students of Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly lesson plans.
- Develop engaging teaching-learning materials and practical demonstrations.
- Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure proper utilization of lab resources.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Encourage scientific temperament and critical thinking among students.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Prepare question papers, assignments, worksheets, and project work.
- Conduct periodic assessments and examinations.
- Evaluate answer sheets and maintain accurate academic records.
- Analyze student performance and implement remedial measures where required.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Student Development
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career-related matters.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive examinations where applicable.
- Support students in science exhibitions, Olympiads, and other academic competitions.
- Promote discipline, ethical values, and positive behavior.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and progress reports.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, workshops, and school events.
- Assist in curriculum planning and departmental activities.
- Ensure adherence to school policies and CBSE guidelines.
Parent Communication
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Communicate student progress and address academic concerns effectively.
- Work collaboratively with parents to support student learning.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective classroom management abilities.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and smart classroom tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage senior secondary students.
Educational Qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
