Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all construction activities for an assigned tower within a real estate project. The role is responsible for execution, quality, safety, coordination, and timely completion of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete responsibility for end-to-end execution of the assigned tower.
- Plan and monitor daily construction activities to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams (QA/QC, safety, MEP, planning).
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity at site.
- Identify construction issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Review and close inspection requests (IRs), checklists, and quality records.
- Coordinate MEP and finishing works to avoid clashes and delays.
- Report daily and weekly progress to Project Manager / Construction Manager.
- Support project planning, sequencing, and handover activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
