Please Note:
A Senior Counsellor has to drive student counselling, application conversions, and associate engagement across key destinations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities across assigned destinations.
● Handle queries from walk-ins, leads, and associates.
● Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly.
● Stay updated with admission processes, visa policies, and university requirements across destinations
● Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students and associates to drive application progression.
● Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation as per university and visa requirements
● Own end-to-end student conversion targets and contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
● Drive conversions from counselling to application enrolments.
● Guide students on SOPs, applications, and interview preparation.
● Coordinate with admissions and visa teams for smooth processing.
● Manage associate relationships and support business development efforts
● Conduct training sessions for associates and internal teams.
Requirements
l 3–5 years of experience in international student counselling.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
