Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible OT Assistant to support doctors and medical staff during procedures. The candidate will assist in maintaining OT hygiene, preparing instruments, and ensuring smooth workflow in the operation theatre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors during procedures (especially hair transplant procedures)
- Prepare and sterilize OT instruments and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the OT
- Support patient preparation before and after procedures
- Handle medical supplies and ensure availability of required items
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Coordinate with nurses and other staff
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma or OT Technician course, Lab Technician , ANM , GNM, BSC Nurse
- Freshers can also apply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
