Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
Candidate sourcing through portals Naukri and LinkedIn, indeed.
Screening and interview coordination, calling candidates, feedback, followups.
Onboarding and documentation support.
Managing recruitment trackers and hiring timelines.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and understanding skills.
Experience in Non-IT hiring.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Achieve assigned hiring targetsSkills: Good communication, sourcing skills, follow-up, and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
