With over 25 years of trusted presence in the industry, Orchids Network & System India Pvt Ltd is a reputed provider of IT Networking Solutions, Audio-Visual (AV) System Installation, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) services. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function.
Role Summary
The HR Manager will oversee the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, audits, and exit management for office and site employees.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
· Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HRMS (FactoHR).
· Coordinate HR vendors, consultants and invoice processing.
· Ensure compliance with EPFO, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, POSH and labour laws.
· Manage site HR compliance and manpower documentation.
· Plan employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
· Coordinate POSH Committee activities and awareness programs.
· Review and implement HR policies and SOPs.
· Handle Full & Final Settlement and exit formalities.
· Support ISO audits, statutory audits and HR documentation.
· Manage KPI/KRA based performance appraisal process.
· Prepare HR MIS and reports for management.
Required Qualifications
· MSW (HR) or MBA (HR).
· 7–10 years of HR experience.
· Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
· Hands-on experience with FactoHR or similar HRMS.
· Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Industry Experience
· IT Networking, AV, System Integration or AMC Services.
