Core Responsibilities
- Diary & Communication Management: Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling phone calls and emails.
- Administrative Support: Preparing reports, presentations, documents, managing databases and filing systems.
- Travel & Logistics: Organizing travel itineraries, booking accommodation, and arranging transportation.
- She must be willing to Travel domestic and international for meetings.
- Personal Assistance: Running personal errands, organizing events, and maintaining personal, non-business calendars.
- Liaison: Acting as a liaison between employee, suppliers, or clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Organization: Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information securely.
- Proactivity: Self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS office (word processing, spreadsheets)
