Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and industrial customer meetings.
- Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, panel builders, consultants, and industrial clients.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, MIS reports, and revenue projections.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Build long-term customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively for customer visits across assigned territories.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business development activities.Strong B2B Sales and Business Development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of industrial sales processes.
- Ability to understand electrical products and technical specifications.
- Customer relationship management and key account handling.
- Sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
