We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AdOps Executive to join our Ad Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day ad operations, supporting Media Buyers, maintaining advertising assets, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns across digital advertising platforms.

Manage and resolve operational requests received through the Operations Chatbox.

Support Media Buyers with ad account, Business Manager, page, profile, and asset-related requirements.

Create, maintain, and update asset sheets, trackers, and operational records.

Manage and organize advertising assets across multiple accounts and platforms.

Assist in campaign setup, account maintenance, and troubleshooting operational issues.

Monitor account health and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.

Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of ad accounts, profiles, pages, Business Managers, and related assets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

Follow platform policies and internal compliance guidelines.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Ad Operations, Digital Marketing Operations, or a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Ad Accounts, Pages, and Profiles.

Good understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Experience in asset management, account operations, and campaign support.

Prior experience in a performance marketing agency will be an added advantage.
