Reports To: HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager
Job Summary
The HR Assistant will support the HR department in day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, documentation, attendance, payroll-related activities, recruitment, and staff welfare.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, personal files, joining documents, and HR documentation.
- Handle daily attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and shift-related records.
- Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, joining, and onboarding formalities.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, notices, and other HR documents.
- Assist in payroll preparation by maintaining accurate attendance, leave, overtime, advance, and deduction records.
- Coordinate with employees regarding salary advances and other HR-related queries.
- Assist with ESI, PF, Professional Tax, and other statutory HR-related activities.
- Maintain records related to employee insurance and staff welfare benefits.
- Coordinate staff meetings, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Address routine employee queries and escalate important matters to the HR Manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Assist in monitoring employee discipline, grooming, hygiene, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, notices, circulars, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
- Maintain records of new joiners, re-joiners, resignations, transfers, and exits.
- Assist with full and final settlement and exit formalities.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin is preferred.
- Experience in the hotel/restaurant/F&B industry will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
