Job Summary
Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team in Coimbatore. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's paint products within the assigned territory. Candidates with experience in the paint or building materials industry are preferred, while fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and prospective customers.
- Promote the company's products and provide product information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in the paint or building materials industry is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications is preferred.
- A two-wheeler is mandatory for field travel.
